America’s Best Truffles™

Rated in “America’s Best” by the Los Angeles Times, these truffles are made in the American style with a firmer center and a more traditional flavor. Enrobed in blends of premium American chocolates.

AMARETTO – Dark chocolate ganache flavored with finely chopped almonds and Amaretto liqueur. (GF)

Ecstasy Truffles™

European style in taste and texture, these truffles have a lighter center than the typical American truffle. They are hand dipped in custom blends of outstanding European chocolates.

ANCIENT PLEASURES™ – Dark chocolate ganache blended with cayenne pepper and dusted with cayenne and cocoa powder. (GF)

AFRICAN QUEEN™ – Crispy hazelnut wafer topped with a caramel and cognac infused milk chocolate ganache. Covered in dark chocolate and finished with gold cocoa butter and a cocoa butter leopard print bottom.

AFTER MIDNIGHT™ – High cocoa content dark chocolate ganache covered in extra dark chocolate. (GF)

BLOSSOM™ – Dark chocolate flavored with lemon, ginger and saffron. Garnished with a crystallized violet petal. (GF)
