European Style Sipping Chocolate Custom Blend

Our popular European Style Sipping Chocolate is now available in a convenient mix at home package!  European Sipping Chocolate is our version of hot cocoa made with freshly shaved dark chocolate and half and half.  Sipping Chocolate is much richer than a traditional Hot Cocoa and decidedly more decadent.  Each package will make four 6 ounce servings and includes detailed directions.  (Half and Half not included).  Makes a great gift!

 Directions: (This recipe makes two 6 ounce servings)

1. Place 1/3 cup (2 oz) of Sipping Chocolate Mix into a mug.
2. Heat 1 cup (8 oz) of half and half over medium heat until it begins to boil, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour heated half and half over chocolate.  Allow to rest for a moment.
4. When the chocolate has melted, whisk briskly with a wire whisk.
5. Enjoy!
