Grand Master Chocolatier Award
Asheville, NC –March 16, 2015 – The Chocolate Fetish® was awarded 6 stars and received the ranking of Grand Master Chocolatier in a national competition conducted by The International Chocolate Salon and Taste TV and is now ranked in the top 18 “Best Chocolatiers and Confectioners in America 2015.” This is the third consecutive year The Chocolate Fetish has been ranked among the Best Chocolatiers and Confectioners in America, previously receiving a 4 star rating in 2013 and 2014.
The International Chocolate Salon and Taste TV host regional chocolate themed events as well as category specific competitions. The prestigious Best Chocolatiers and Confectioners Awards are based on the combined total number of Gold and Silver Awards received by each entrant in The International Chocolate Salon’s events throughout the year.
The Chocolate Fetish won numerous Awards in the International Chocolate Salon’s category specific competitions including a Gold Medals for best taste and flavor for their After Midnight Truffle™ and Dragon’s Sigh Truffle™ in the Truffle Artistry Competition and a Silver for Best Ingredient Combinations for their Midsummer’s Dream Truffle™ in the White Chocolate Competition. The Chocolate Fetish was also awarded 3 additional Gold Awards, 8 additional Silver Awards, 11 Bronze Awards and 2 Honorable Mentions in a range of categories

The International Chocolate Salon and Taste TV competitions are judged by panels of experts in the industry including national and regional magazine, newspaper and blog editors, plus topic experts, experienced chefs and food and lifestyle gurus. Each competition includes a panel of 12 judges that taste and score each chocolate in a variety of categories. One judge wrote, “Love, love all The Chocolate Fetish truffles. Such fresh ingredients, blend so well together.”

Velvet Sin is a blend of four European dark chocolate with no added flavoring. The ultimate chocolate experience. After Midnight is our darkest truffle offering. A blend of four high cocoa content dark chocolates featuring a single origin chocolate from Madagascar. Winner of a gold award for best taste and flavor and bronze award for most unique int he International Chocolate Salon’s Truffle Artistry Competition 2014.
Chai Moon features a milk chocolate center flavored with the fourteen spices of Chai Tea. Flavors include cinnamon, cardamon, clove, and ginger dipped in a layer of white chocolate and dusted with cinnamon and cocoa powder. African Queen starts with a crispy hazelnut wafer base which is topped with a caramel infused chocolate ganache featuring a single origin chocolate from Tanzania. Winner of a bronze award for best taste and flavor in the International Chocolate Salon’s Truffle Artistry Competition 2014.
